In true Mancunian style, it’s a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack, live music and entertainment zones at every turn – plus, some of the loudest and most enthusiastic local support we’ve seen anywhere in the UK. Choose a 10k or half marathon distance and enjoy a great run and incredible experience whilst raising vital funds for Winston’s Wish.

Winston’s Wish and Child Bereavement UK are merging to strengthen the support available for bereaved children, young people, parents and families across the UK. In the coming weeks, Winston’s Wish will change its name to Child Bereavement UK. By taking on the Great Manchester Run you will still be raising money to support grieving children, young people and families, but the charity you will be fundraising for will be called Child Bereavement UK.
