Your event not listed? There are thousands of charity challenge events held every year and you can do any of them to raise money for Winston’s Wish.

If you’re looking to take on a trek event that isn’t listed above you can sign up directly with the organisers. Then simply contact us on events@winstonswish.org to let us know you’re taking part and we’ll be in touch with fundraising support.

Lost city trek challenge

“A year after the death of our friend Kerry, we will be trekking through the jungle to the Lost City in Colombia in order to raise money for Winston’s Wish who have been supporting Kerry’s wife, Julie, and their children, Ben and Olivia, after the death of their mum and wife. The Lost City is an experience of a lifetime. We’re really looking forward to the challenge, especially meeting the indigenous tribes along the way.”

Nicola TrekFest Peak District challenge

“I completed the TrekFest challenge to fundraise for Winston’s Wish. I loved seeing the Peak District up close and personal and seeing so much of it! We finished after 14 and a half hours in the end – started at 9am and finished at approx. 11.30pm! Despite crossing the finish line feeling very worse for wear, I was beyond thrilled to have completed it. It was one of the proudest experiences of my life and I’m so happy to have done it for Winston’s Wish.”
